We were there for 2 nights, overall had a perfect stay. The staff was polite and the pool area was good. Such a modern hotel - walking distance to everything. Plus, we were 25 mins by foot from shopping gift.

Location was good for our trip. Nothing beats being in novotel mangga dua square. One of our favorite spots Black Portuguese Church was really close to this place...
